How much does HVAC quoting software cost?
Ours is $29 a month, or $290 a year, for the whole shop with no per-technician charge. The field service platforms cost more than that and are usually sold on a twelve month term, but their published pricing changes and most of it sits behind a demo call, so ask them directly rather than taking our word for what they charge.
Is there a free trial?
There is no timed trial to forget to cancel. The duct sizing charts are free forever with no signup, and the first month of Pro is fully refundable, so you can pay, use it on real jobs for a month, and get all of it back if it does not fit.
What is included in the $29 plan?

Do I pay more for each technician?
No. The price is for the shop whether you work alone or with four other people. There are no seats to add and nothing to true up when someone leaves.

From your account page, in one click, through the billing portal. You do not email us, you do not call, and you do not give a reason. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your existing quotes and invoices exactly where they are.
